Tutor booking software

Let families book the next lesson without the email chain.

Webcyter is online booking for tutors and small learning studios. Parents pick a subject and a time that matches your hours. You see the week clearly — including after-school blocks that used to live in a spreadsheet.

Built for private tutors, music teachers, and small tutoring studios.

The problem

The diary should not compete with the work.

Parents message at dinner time

Availability questions pile up after hours. The booking page answers with slots that already match your teaching window.

A missed lesson is a missed invoice week

Reminders help students (and parents) show up. Confirmation emails include a calendar file for the family phone.

Two siblings, overlapping times

Duration per lesson type keeps a 30-minute piano slot from colliding with a 60-minute maths block.

How Webcyter helps

Software that fits the way you already work.

Subjects as services

Maths, English, piano, test prep — each with the length you actually teach. Display price keeps fees transparent.

After school and Saturday only

Hours are the product. Closed mornings never appear as free.

One tutor or a small centre

Scale calendars can be a teacher each. Families pick who, then a time. Solo tutors stay on one diary.

A professional page to send the school

When a teacher refers a family, you send a link — not a PDF of your availability for term 3.

Get started

Live in three steps.

  1. 01

    Set term hours

Update weekly hours when the school timetable changes. Slots follow what you enter.

  2. 02

    List lesson types

Parents choose the subject and length. You are not explaining packages over text.

  3. 03

    Share with every enquiry

Website, Google, and the email signature after a trial lesson.

FAQ

Questions Tutors ask.

Can parents book the same time every week?

They book each lesson. Many tutors ask families to re-book the standing time via the same link. Automatic term-long recurrence is not included.

Online Zoom lessons?

Yes — put the meeting link in your page copy or send it after they book. Webcyter holds the time; you hold the video room.

Do students need accounts?

No. Name, email, optional phone, and notes (“Year 9, working on fractions”) are enough.

Can I hide my rates?

You can set display price to free/zero if you prefer to discuss fees privately, while still using duration to protect the diary.
