The problem

The diary should not compete with the work.

Instagram DMs are not a diary

“Can we do Thursday?” disappears under stories. A booking page is the contract: time, duration, name, email.

Dawn sessions get forgotten

A 5:45 am reminder is more reliable than hope. Clients also get a calendar file on confirmation.

Two clients, one trainer, one park

Duration on each session stops overlaps. Extra trainers or locations get their own calendars on Scale.

How Webcyter helps

Software that fits the way you already work.

Intro, 30, and 60 on the same page

New-client consults are not the same as a standard hour. Price and time belong on the service.

Outdoor, gym, or home visits

Put the meeting point in your page copy. Notes catch “meet at the oval gate”.

Your brand, not a generic fitness app

Photos, colour, and a bio. Embed on the site the gym already has, or share /b/your-name.

A list of who you have trained

Contact details and past sessions in the customers view — useful when someone returns after a break.

Get started

Live in three steps.

  1. 01

Set the hours you actually coach

Early mornings and after-work blocks. Rest days stay closed.

  2. 02

    Publish session types

Clients stop asking “do you do 30 minutes?” because the answer is on the page.

  3. 03

    Link it in the bio

One URL beats a highlight reel of screenshots of your calendar.

FAQ

Questions Personal trainers ask.

Can clients buy a 10-pack through Webcyter?

No payments in the booker. Sell packs yourself; use Webcyter to schedule each session so the diary stays clean.

I train at two gyms — can I split that?

Scale calendars can be named by location. Clients pick where, then a time. Solo PTs with one spot use a single calendar.

Do I need the client to download an app?

No. Browser booking, email confirmation, optional calendar file. You work from the dashboard.

What about group classes?

Webcyter books one appointment per slot. For groups, treat the class as a service and manage the roster yourself, or keep classes on a different tool and use Webcyter for 1:1 PT.
