Driving school booking software

Let learners book lessons while you stay in the car.

Webcyter is online booking for driving instructors and small driving schools. Pupils pick a lesson length that matches your dual-control time, and you see the week on one calendar — not a stack of texts.

Built for independent driving instructors and small driving schools.

The problem

The diary should not compete with the work.

Texts at 10 pm asking “any times this week?”

You are not a call centre. A booking page shows real availability from your hours so learners stop guessing and you stop typing the same reply.

A no-show wastes petrol and a dual-control hour

Email reminders the day before and an hour before the lesson cut the silent gaps in your day. Pupils also get a calendar file they can add to their phone.

Parents and teenagers both need the details

Confirmation emails spell out the time and service. Share one link in your Google listing so new learners find you without a phone tag.

How Webcyter helps

Software that fits the way you already work.

Lesson types that match how you teach

First lesson, 60-minute standard, 90-minute test prep, night driving — each with its own duration so the diary cannot overlap.

Hours that respect the school run

Set weekday evenings and Saturday mornings. Closed times never appear as bookable slots.

One instructor or a small school

Start on a single calendar. If you add cars or instructors later, Scale lets each diary live separately so two lessons cannot land on the same car.

Look professional without a custom site

Your name, photo, and suburb on a clean booking page. Print a QR poster for the visor or waiting area if you share a depot.

Get started

Live in three steps.

  1. 01

Block the hours you actually teach

Morning, after-school, and weekend windows — nothing else gets offered.

  2. 02

    Name your lesson packages

Pupils choose the length they need. You are not stuck with a one-size slot.

  3. 03

Put the link everywhere learners look

Bio, Google Business, and the email you already send after a trial lesson.

FAQ

Questions Driving instructors ask.

Can I prevent back-to-back lessons with no break?

Set each lesson’s duration to include the buffer you need — for example a 70-minute service if you want 60 minutes of driving plus a changeover. Slots follow that length.

Is this only for one instructor?

Solo instructors run on Starter or Growth with one calendar. Driving schools that need a diary per instructor or per car can use Scale’s multiple calendars.

Do learners need an account?

No. They open your page, pick a lesson and a time, and enter their name, email, and optional phone. You get the booking on the dashboard.

Will Webcyter take payment for a block of ten lessons?

No. Booking is free of checkout. Sell packages yourself and use Webcyter to schedule the hours — fewer abandoned “pay now” screens for nervous learners.
