Workshop booking software
Let customers book the bay — not your front counter.
Webcyter is a booking page for mechanics, auto electricians, and independent workshops. Customers choose a service and a drop-off window. You see the week by bay, not on a whiteboard that nobody photographs.
Built for mechanics, auto electricians, and independent workshops.

The problem
The diary should not compete with the work.
The counter phone never stops
Every “can you fit me Thursday?” pulls someone off a job. A public link answers with real gaps in the diary.
Whiteboards do not email the customer
When a booking lives only in the workshop, drop-off times get forgotten. Confirmations and reminders go to the owner of the car, not a sticky note on the hoist.
Two jobs, one hoist
Double-booked bays mean cars waiting in the street. Separate calendars per bay (Scale) keep logbook services from landing on the same lift.
How Webcyter helps
Software that fits the way you already work.
Services the workshop actually sells
Basic service, full service, brakes, inspection — duration and display price so a two-hour job cannot hide in a 30-minute hole.
Bays and branches when you grow
One calendar is enough for a single-hoist shop. Scale adds calendars for extra bays or a second site; customers pick location then bay or technician.
A page that looks like the shop
Cover photo of the workshop, brand colour, address, and your story. Embed the booker on the site you already paid for.
QR at the counter
Print a poster so people waiting for keys can book the next service before they leave — useful at pickup time.
Get started
Live in three steps.
-
01
Set workshop hours
Weekday opens, Saturday mornings, Sunday closed — slots follow the hours you enter.
-
02
Add the jobs you want online
Keep walk-in diagnostics off the page if you prefer those at the counter. Book the predictable work.
-
03
Share the link on Google and SMS
“Book a bay” in your Google profile beats another missed call while you are under a car.
FAQ
Questions Mechanics ask.
Can customers describe the fault?
They can add notes when they book. Use that for “clunk on the left turn” while the service type still holds the duration you need in the diary.
What if a job overruns?
Manage the day from the dashboard — move or add owner-created bookings as you already do when a repair grows. Online slots are the starting plan, not a lock on the hoist.
Do I have to take card payments online?
No. Show a display price for honesty. Collect payment in the workshop.
Is this for dealerships?
Webcyter suits independent workshops and growing multi-bay shops. Enterprise is there if you need unlimited volume and onboarding help.
